1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute a public offer (“Offer”) made by the Service Provider to any individual or legal entity (“Client”) wishing to purchase online English lessons or speaking club participation.
1.2. By transferring payment to the Service Provider’s account, the Client confirms full acceptance of this Offer and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services
2.1. The Service Provider delivers online individual English lessons and group speaking clubs.
2.2. Lessons are conducted online via platforms agreed upon with the Client (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

3. Payments
3.1. Payment for services is made in advance by transfer to the Service Provider’s account.
3.2. Prices and payment methods are communicated to the Client before booking.
3.3. Payment is considered completed once funds are credited to the Service Provider’s account.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
4.1. A lesson may be rescheduled by the Client if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
4.2. If the Client fails to attend a lesson without timely notice, the lesson is considered delivered and non-refundable.
4.3. The Service Provider may reschedule lessons in case of unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the Client.

5. Refunds
5.1. Paid lessons or club sessions are non-refundable, except in cases where the Service Provider cancels and cannot offer an alternative time.

6. Liability
6.1. The Service Provider is not responsible for technical failures on the Client’s side (internet connection, device issues, etc.).
6.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring access to the agreed online platform.

By transferring payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
